• Education: M.A/B.A in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Work Experience & Skills:
  • 11 years of banking experience for M.A holders or 13 years for B.A holders.
  • Of this, 3 years (M.A) or 5 years (B.A) must be in positions such as Division Manager, Special Branch Manager, Branch Manager V/IV, or equivalent roles.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

• Education: M.A/B.A in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Work Experience & Skills:
  • 11 years of banking experience for M.A holders or 13 years for B.A holders.
  • Of this, 3 years (M.A) or 5 years (B.A) must be in positions such as Division Manager, Special Branch Manager, Branch Manager V/IV, or equivalent roles.

3. Director, Digital Banking Business and Fintech Management

Place of Work: Head Office

Job Requirements:

• Education: M.A/B.A in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Work Experience & Skills:
  • 11 years of banking experience for M.A holders or 13 years for B.A holders.
  • Of this, 3 years (M.A) or 5 years (B.A) must be at the Division Manager level in the digital banking operations area.
