1. IT Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT.

Job Summary:

• Maintain and control the Bank’s IT infrastructure at the Regional Branch Office.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues.
• Support the rollout of new applications.

2. Senior Information Security Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 1 or 2 professional certificates in Information Security Administration, Standards, and Frameworks.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in information security organizations and/or banking areas.
• Additional certifications would be an advantage.

Job Summary:

• Oversee day-to-day information security governance and risk management activities.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security training, compliance audits, and technology risk assessments.
• Participate in tailoring cybersecurity awareness programs and training.
• Ensure compliance with industry-standard certification processes.

3. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:

• Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Lead branch sales and customer service initiatives.
• Prepare and submit annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.
