This program offers an opportunity for graduates to undergo 12–18 months of on-the-job and classroom training, preparing them for employment in various roles within the company.

Position: Graduate Trainee – Human Resource and Finance

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance.
• CGPA: 3.00 and above.
• Eligibility: Only graduates of 2015 or 2016 (Ethiopian Calendar) or 2023 or 2024 (Gregorian Calendar) will be considered.

Application Instructions:

• Applicants must be Ethiopian nationals.
• Written exams will be administered in three different locations for shortlisted candidates. Specify your convenient location in the application form.
• Applicants must present their temporary certificate of graduation after the selection process.
