1. Alternate Channel Engineer – Online

Job Summary:
The Alternate Channels Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, and readiness of internet/mobile banking applications for customers over an established network and infrastructure. The engineer also recommends, designs, implements, and tests solutions for the bank’s digital channel products, including online banking. Additionally, they are responsible for addressing customer problems or incidents until resolved satisfactorily in compliance with Service Level Agreements. The role involves collaboration with other software engineers for interfacing different channels with third-party systems (CBS, ERP, etc.).

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least six (6) years of experience in system engineering.

Technical Competencies:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software systems, applications, and related products.
• Knowledge of systems planning, security principles, and best practices in software management.
• Understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
• Experience in system and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
• Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.
• Experience in VMware virtualization design, build, and administration.
• Experience with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
