About the Program

System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) is an internship program designed and implemented by The Talent Firm, commissioned by Target Business Consultants, and participating Federal Ministries. The program provides young graduates with valuable work experience, coaching, and mentoring to help them transition into the workforce.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Ethiopian citizen.
Graduation Year: 2023 (2015 E.C) or 2024 (2016 E.C).
Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
Required Fields of Study:
- Marketing, Business Administration, Education, and related fields.
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and related fields.
- Business, Economics, Management, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and related fields.
- Accounting, Finance, and related fields.
