Job Position 1: Real Estate Freelancer

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Workplace: Addis Ababa

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our real estate team as a Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property showings and provide relevant information on pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Collaborate with brokers, agents, and administrative staff for smooth sales transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, regulations, and laws.
  • Attend industry events to network and build professional relationships.

Job Position 2: Sales Consultant

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Salary: 20,000 ETB + Commission: 5%
  • Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities
