1. Manager, Logistics Division (Re-Advertised)

Job Purpose:

The Manager, Logistics Division is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures while managing transport, fleet, and maintenance operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee logistics policies and procedures.
Supervise and guide logistics staff.
Ensure efficient fleet management and maintenance.
Coordinate procurement and contracts with transport service providers.
Monitor insurance, vehicle registration, and maintenance schedules.
Oversee document management for contracts with building owners.
Ensure periodic reporting and compliance with standards.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at the Section Head level or Manager I/C.

Job Requirements:

3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank’s technology strategy. The role includes identifying emerging technologies, improving customer experience, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT vision and strategy.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Identify and fill gaps in business and client needs through digital solutions.
Enhance customer experience through technology-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with technology regulations and risk management.
Lead IT transformation projects to maintain the Bank’s competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

Option 1:

Education: MSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.

Option 2:

Education: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.
