Job Summary

The Manager, Credit Portfolio & Recovery will ensure effective loan portfolio management and recovery of sick loans to maintain a high-quality loan book. The role involves monitoring, portfolio management, and loan collection as per the Bank’s Credit Policy and Procedures.

Job Requirements

Education:

• MSc/MA or BSc/BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• At least 2 years as a Principal Officer, Team Leader, or equivalent position in Credit or related fields.
