1. Position: Branch Manager – Class III Branch

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant banking experience, of which three (3) years must be in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. Ensures adherence to the bank’s operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices. Leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides operational excellence. Prepares and submits the annual budget, operational plan, and progress reports.

2. Position: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, of which three (3) years must be in a supervisory position.

3. Position: Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
Minimum of eight (8) years of marketing and research experience.

Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for planning and executing conventional banking products, prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals. Assists in ensuring products align with the bank’s overall strategy and goals. Collects and analyzes relevant market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.

4. Position: Branch Auditor I

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant banking experience.
Certification in Auditing is an added advantage.

Job Summary:
The jobholder performs audit activities on domestic and international banking operations, examines accounting records and other source documents to ascertain compliance with the bank’s established procedures, and prepares draft audit reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of operation systems and efficiency of activities.
