Job Overview:

The Accountant will assist project sites in financial decision-making by collecting, tracking, and correcting financial data. Responsibilities include financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

✔ Education: B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognized university.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting/Finance or financial management.
✔ Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a construction firm or working with organizations commissioning complex construction projects.
• International experience or working with international companies in Ethiopia is an advantage.
  ✔ Skills & Knowledge:
• Understanding of Ethiopian financial & accounting regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and/or ERPs.
• Advanced MS Excel & MS Word skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

🔹 2. Procurement Engineer (Sourcing)

Job Overview:

The Procurement Engineer (Sourcing) will handle end-to-end sourcing operations for EEC Construction. The role involves ensuring cost-efficient and timely procurement of construction materials and services while following company procurement guidelines.

Job Requirements:

✔ Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement in a construction firm, specializing in sourcing.
✔ Preferred Experience:

• Understanding of standard procurement processes in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the industry market and ability to analyze technical requirements.
• International experience or working with international organizations is an advantage.
  ✔ Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, risk evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
