1. Supplies and Facilities Officer

📌 Qualifications:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Accounting

📌 Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads at the district level to identify supply and equipment needs
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and implement effective inventory control systems
Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of essential items
Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other company-owned properties
Work with the finance department to develop and manage the supplies and facilities budget
Ensure compliance with procurement and facilities management policies
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders

2. Senior Auditor

📌 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing or a related field
Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
Proficiency in audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

📌 Responsibilities:

Conduct Audits: Plan and execute financial audits following established auditing standards and procedures
Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Financial Reporting: Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations
Report Findings: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Internal Controls: Evaluate and improve internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
Collaboration: Work with finance teams, management, and external auditors to resolve audit issues
Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior auditors and finance staff on best practices
Stay Updated: Keep current with changes in accounting standards and industry trends
Special Projects: Participate in investigations and financial analysis projects
Follow-Up: Ensure audit recommendations are implemented effectively
