1. Supplies and Facilities Officer

📌 Qualifications:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Accounting

📌 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads at the district level to identify supply and equipment needs
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and implement effective inventory control systems
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of essential items
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other company-owned properties
• Work with the finance department to develop and manage the supplies and facilities budget
• Ensure compliance with procurement and facilities management policies
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
• Proficiency in audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Conduct Audits: Plan and execute financial audits following established auditing standards and procedures
• Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Financial Reporting: Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Report Findings: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
