Position: General Account and Reporting Manager

Purpose of the Job:

To build a reliable accounting and reporting system that enhances financial decision-making by ensuring timely preparation of financial reports and monitoring the company’s compliance with all financial and regulatory obligations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Policy & Compliance:

Ensure effective implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with government regulations and internal approval processes.

✅ Accounting & Reporting:

Update the chart of accounts and facilitate the opening of ledger accounts.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and books of accounts are balanced.
Oversee the timely preparation and submission of financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Supervise the preparation of tax and statutory reports for regulatory bodies.

✅ Audit & External Relations:

Facilitate external audits and ensure timely completion of Annual Audit Reports.
Develop relationships with auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies.

✅ Departmental & Staff Management:

Develop and implement departmental plans, budgets, policies, and procedures.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for subordinates.
Represent the department in internal and external meetings.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualification & Experience:

🔹 Option 1:

Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or ACCA qualification.
6 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory position.
