Open Positions

1. Trainee Legal Advisor

Position Summary

The Trainee Legal Advisor will learn from senior legal advisors and provide corporate legal advisory services. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates with no prior experience who wish to grow in a corporate legal setting.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • CGPA Requirement: 3.6 and above.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong reasoning & critical thinking ability.
    • Clear writing skills.
    • Fluent in Amharic & English (written and verbal).
  • Preference: Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

2. Insurance Officer

Position Summary

The Insurance Officer will be responsible for analyzing and verifying insurance policies and claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The role requires experience in handling various types of insurance, including marine, life & health, vehicle, and others.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Management, Law, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of work experience in the insurance sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes.
    • Proficiency in Office 365.
    • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
    • Experience in the private sector is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
    • Fluency in Amharic & English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
