Position: Senior Wireless Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Network Equipment & Troubleshooting:

• Perform NE commissioning, configuration, and fault troubleshooting
• Implement rectifications and software upgrades for wireless devices and network management systems

✅ Project Implementation & Technical Support:

• Design, commission, and integrate 2G/3G/4G RAN network equipment
• Provide technical support during network and feature deployment
• Lead technical solution development, including HLD/LLD preparation and confirmation

✅ Customer & Internal Support:

• Offer Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to customers
• Manage service requests, spare parts, network changes, and software upgrades
• Conduct technical training and consulting for internal teams, customers, and subcontractors

✅ Digital Transformation & Quality Assurance:

• Implement acceptance quality checks via ISDP digital platform, WDT/MDT tools
• Participate in the digital transformation of daily delivery tasks

Job Requirements:

📌 Education & Major:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science

📌 Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecommunication Wireless Project Delivery

📌 Skills & Certifications:

• Wireless technical solutions expertise (GSM, UMTS, LTE) – 5G NR knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Huawei controllers (BSC6900/6910 commissioning, integration, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with wireless tools and systems (CME, MAE, ESDP, ISDP, WDT, WSD, etc.)
• Understanding of mobile network NE, interface standards, and protocols
• IP basics and routing protocols knowledge
• Experience with Taishan, Linux, and cloud platforms

📌 Additional Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Visual Basic and Python knowledge is a plus
