Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS), a leading Electronic Payment Processing Company established by major private banks in Ethiopia, is inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following position:

Position: Senior Human Capital Officer

Job Description:

Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff in line with internal policies.
Provide awareness to staff on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievance handling, to enhance staff retention and minimize litigation.
Conduct training needs assessments on an ongoing basis to inform the development of an annual training plan for both technical and soft skills.
Facilitate training and induction programs.
Participate in periodic employee engagement surveys and activities.
Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Manage pensions and benefits administration.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements.
Facilitate performance management processes periodically.
Prepare periodic HR status reports.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain and update HR records and files in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) are maintained according to company policy and legal requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: At least five years of relevant experience. Relevant HR professional qualifications are advantageous.
Additional Skills: Experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent management is highly advantageous.
