Position: Bank Trainee (External Only)

Job Description:

Provide high-quality customer service with efficiency.
Assist with account opening and closing, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revokes.
Process standing instructions and accept stop payment orders from customers.
Send outward cheques to Head Office and handle RTGS & bulk cheque clearance.
Assist customers in filling out forms, opening accounts, and collecting payments.
Exchange notes and coins, sort and arrange cash bundles.
Validate payment instruments, collect deposit cheques, and issue financial documents.
Determine service charges, collect payments, and arrange for billing.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: BA Degree in:
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Any other related field
Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
