Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional Certifications(preferred):
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Capital Market Certification
Work Experience: 6/7 years of experience, including 3 years in a Capital Markets or Investment Services Sales/Business Development role

3. Investment Strategist

Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional Certifications(preferred):
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Capital Market Certification
Work Experience: 6/7 years of experience, including 2 years in a Capital Markets or Investment Services Sales/Business Development role

4. Capital Market Trader

Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional Certifications(preferred):

- Capital Market Certification
Work Experience: 6/7 years of experience, including 2 years in a Capital Markets or Investment Services Sales/Business Development role within the banking industry

5. Manager – Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
Work Experience: 8/9 years of experience, with 2 years as a Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent position in the banking industry
Job Grade: XIV
Salary: As per the bank’s scale
Workplace: Dire Dawa District Office
