Position: Principal Officer – Database Management

Job Summary:

The Principal Officer – Database Management is responsible for overseeing database administration and management, including tasks such as:
✔ Database design, maintenance, and optimization
✔ Security management and troubleshooting
✔ Ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery
✔ Monitoring the overall performance and health of all databases

This role ensures the effective implementation and security of databases within the bank, while also optimizing database performance and managing data warehouse operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as a Senior Officer in the field.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
