🔹 1. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash

• Education: First Degree in:
  • Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year as a Customer Service Officer.
• Number of Vacancies: 7
• Place of Work: Adama, Adigrat, Jinka, Logiya, Mekele, Shendi (West Gojjam)

• Education: First Degree in:
  • Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Number of Vacancies: 5
