1. HR Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
2. Junior Contract Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry (experience in consultancy is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
3. Electrical Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultancy company
- Proficiency in CAD tools and electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, Revit MEP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc/MSc Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, specifications, cost estimation, and coordination for building projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis software
- Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations
5. Resident Engineer
Location: Wolaita Sodo
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a consultancy firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
6. Architect
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Software Skills:
- Modeling: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp
- Rendering: Lumion, V-ray, 3Ds Max
- Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
- Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Capable of design preparation, review, site visits, supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
