1. HR Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

2. Junior Contract Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry (experience in consultancy is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented

3. Electrical Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultancy company
• Proficiency in CAD tools and electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, Revit MEP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Senior Structural Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc/MSc Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, specifications, cost estimation, and coordination for building projects
• Proficiency in structural analysis software
• Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations

5. Resident Engineer

Location: Wolaita Sodo

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a consultancy firm
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

6. Architect

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Software Skills:
  • Modeling: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp
  • Rendering: Lumion, V-ray, 3Ds Max
  • Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Capable of design preparation, review, site visits, supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
