1. Highway / Draft Person

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting or a related field

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in using 3D, CAD, and other design software
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to stay on-site for extended periods to support construction
• Prepare:
  • Horizontal and vertical alignment drawings
  • Intersections and ancillary facilities layouts
  • Cross-section and retaining wall construction drawings
  • Engineering quantity calculations for highways, municipal roads, and park internal roads

2. Geotechnical Engineer

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Geotechnical Engineering
• Professional registration with a recognized engineering institute

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with Ethiopian design standards
• Proficient in MS Office and design software

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and site characterization
• Analyze soil and rock data to design:
  • Foundations
  • Retaining walls
  • Other geotechnical structures
• Develop technical reports and presentations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Must have team spirit and respect work arrangements
