1. Management Trainee

Required Number: 15
Qualification:
- MA/MBA in a Business-related field
- First degree must also be in a Business-related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing and sales in a recognized organization
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2. Manager, Branch Operation

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

3. Manager, Resource Mobilization

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
