Position: Junior Packaging Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Apply technical and process improvement skills to optimize brewery performance.
Work collaboratively with brewing, packaging, production services, maintenance, and laboratory teams.
Ensure a safe working environment by following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
Monitor plant performance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Maintain product quality by adhering to United Beverages’ finished product specifications.
Manage materials, components, and spare parts for plant equipment.
Conduct regular machine cleaning and maintenance in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Level 4 from a vocational-technical school, BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 years in a similar or related position.
Additional Qualifications:
- Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and regulations.
