1. Coordinator – Barakah Takaful

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
📜 Terms of Employment: Permanent

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 8 years (BA/BSc) / 7 years (MA/MSc) of proven and relevant insurance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Additional Skills:
- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
- Strong marketing & selling skills.
- Excellent coordinating, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent computer skills.
- CII certification is an advantage.

📌 Salary: As per the company scale.

2. Senior Underwriting Officer – Barakah Takaful

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
📜 Terms of Employment: Permanent

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant insurance experience, with at least 1 year as Underwriting Officer II.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills & personality.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent computer skills.

3. Director – Human Capital & Property Management

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
📜 Terms of Employment: Permanent

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields.
Experience: 12 years (BA) / 10 years (MA) of proven and relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant government laws and regulations.
- Ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent computer skills.
