About the Organization

VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) was established under Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. Currently operating in five regional states, VisionFund is committed to economic empowerment and improving livelihoods through access to finance.

1. Intermediate Customer Service Officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or BA Degree in Rural Development, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Cooperatives, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance institutions or related organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and motivation.
• Good knowledge in economic and financial topics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Place of Work: Branch offices around Addis Ababa / Central East Regional Operation

Deadline: April 9, 2025

2. Branch Manager “D”

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.
• 4 years relevant experience for Degree holders; 6 years for Diploma holders.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and financial management skills.
• Good communication, marketing, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Motor bicycle driving skill and license required.

Place of Work: Branch offices under Central East Regional Office, Addis Ababa
