📌 1. Position: Chief Credit Officer

🔍 Job Summary

The Chief Credit Officer is responsible for managing credit operations, including credit appraisal, portfolio management, loan recovery, and credit engineering. Reports directly to the Deputy CEO – Operations.

✅ Requirements

🎓 MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
📊 Minimum 10 years (MBA/MA) or 12 years (BA) of relevant experience
📈 At least 4 years in a managerial role (preferably in MFI/Banks)
💼 Strong leadership and team-building skills
💬 Excellent communication and technical decision-making ability
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office

🔍 Job Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of human capital strategies. Reports directly to the HC Department Director.

🎓 MBA/MA/BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related
📊 Minimum 7 years (MBA/MA) or 9 years (BA) relevant experience
🧑‍💼 At least 3 years in a senior position (preferably in MFI/Banks)
🧠 Strong interpersonal, planning, and decision-making skills
