Zemen Insurance Share Company (ZISC) is a private insurance company established by 898 founding shareholders. It was registered at the Ministry of Trade and Industry on January 24, 2020, and received its insurance operation license from the National Bank of Ethiopia on January 17, 2020.

ZISC aims to be one of the top five insurance companies in Ethiopia by 2035. The company invites competent and qualified applicants for the following positions:

1. Cashier

Job Requirements:

Education: BA in Accounting or related fields.
Experience: No experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

2. Underwriting Technical & Re-Insurance Division Head

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
🔢 Required Number: 1

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Principal Officer.

3. Underwriting Officer II

📍 Place of Work: Hawassa
🔢 Required Number: 1

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Senior Underwriting Officer.

4. Principal Re-Insurance Officer

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Senior Officer.

5. Office Assistant (Underwriting, Claim & Finance)

Job Requirements:

Education: BA in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.

6. Principal Claim Officer

Job Requirements:

Education: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Senior Officer.

7. Engineering Department Manager

Job Requirements:

Education: BSc/MSc/MA in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as an Engineering Division Manager.

8. Relief Branch Manager

Job Requirements:

Education: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Principal Officer or equivalent.

9. Messenger & Cleaner

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

10. Driver

Job Requirements:

Education: 10th Grade Completion & Public I Driving License.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
