🚑 Position 1: Ambulance Driver

Location: Hawassa Plant
Required Qualifications:

  • Valid professional driving license
  • First aid training from a recognized organization
  • At least 3 years of relevant driving experience
  • Proficiency in English and Amharic (spoken & written)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage

Key Duties:

  • Transport injured/ill employees and assist health professionals
  • Maintain vehicle logbook and ensure proper upkeep
  • Conduct mechanical and safety checks
  • Report incidents and manage onboard tools and equipment

💼 Position 2: Finance Business Controller

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • 8+ years of hands-on professional experience
  • Preferably a Chartered Accountant
  • Strong skills in auditing, ERP, and financial control
  • Proficiency in Office 365

Key Duties:

  • Budget planning and monitoring
  • Inventory analysis and reporting
  • Cost optimization and internal control
  • ERP system support and cross-functional projects

💻 Position 3: Business Relationship Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields
  • 8+ years relevant experience, including 3 in managerial roles
  • Strong strategic partnering, solution design & deployment skills

Key Duties:

  • Serve as IT-business liaison and portfolio manager
  • Manage IT solution life cycles and roadmaps
  • Lead cross-functional digital projects
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders

🌍 Position 4: Senior Export Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years’ export coordination experience
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and customs processes

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate documentation, customs, and shipment processes
  • Build strong external stakeholder relations
  • Track shipments and ensure export compliance
  • Report to management and coach junior staff
