Position: Logistics Operation Manager

Job Summary:
The Logistics Operation Manager will manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple company locations. This includes strategizing, planning, and optimizing transportation, distribution, and fuel inventory management to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to align logistics with business goals.
Coordinate logistics across multiple locations/business units.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
Optimize transportation routes, modes, and costs.
Monitor transportation and distribution KPIs.
Analyze operational data and report performance trends.
Lead logistics team, provide coaching, and foster team development.
Identify training needs and conduct performance evaluations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in multinational or large-scale FMCG environments.
Required Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Transportation Management Systems).
- Understanding of transportation modes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
