1. Presales Engineer (Bidding & Technical Solutions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals for government and enterprise projects
- Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements and collect technical data
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized solutions
- Support presales processes including solution design, scope development, documentation, and presentations
- Respond to RFPs, prepare BOQs, and ensure alignment with client specifications
Required Expertise:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in presales, technical bidding, or solution design
- Practical knowledge in Networking, CCTV, Data Center, and related infrastructure
- Hands-on experience preparing tenders and technical proposals
- Strong communication, client engagement, and documentation skills
Ideal Candidate:

2. Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
- Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Assist in designing and implementing network solutions for projects
- Provide technical support for network issues and escalations
- Conduct site surveys and analyze client requirements
- Prepare high-level and low-level network design documents
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and other network protocols
- Documentation skills for network layouts and troubleshooting
- Certification such as HCIA, HCIP, CCNA is a plus
- Willingness to travel

- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
Required Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of IP addressing, switching, routing, and wireless technologies
- Willing to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative
- Comfortable with travel and field assignments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Entry-level certifications like CCNA or HCIA
