📌 Open Positions:

1. Administrative Assistant

📍 Workplace: Head Office
🎓 Education & Experience:

BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Services Management, or a related field, OR
Diploma in the same fields with 2 years of relevant experience

2. Customer Service Officer III

📍 Workplace: Addis Ababa & Jimma Branches
🎓 Education & Experience:

BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations

3. Digital Banking Officer

📍 Workplace: Head Office
🎓 Education & Experience:

BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related fields
3+ years of relevant experience in digital banking

4. Driver I

📍 Workplace: Head Office
🎓 Education & Experience:

Completed 10th or 12th grade
Valid 3rd Grade driving license
Minimum 2 years of driving experience

5. Manager – Interest-Free Banking

📍 Workplace: Head Office
🎓 Education & Experience:

BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
6 years of experience in banking operations
At least 2 years as a Senior Interest-Free Banking Officer

6. Branch Manager

📍 Workplace: Jimma Branch
🎓 Education & Experience:

BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related fields
6 years of experience in banking operations
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
