📍 Location: Adama Branch
📝 Job Purpose:
Oversee resource mobilization, customer base growth, and operational efficiency across branches under the Area Office.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, including 3 years in branch management or related roles

2️⃣ Position: Principal Enterprise Architect (Re-Advertised)

📍 Location: Head Office
📝 Job Purpose:
Develop and manage the bank’s technology infrastructure to support digital transformation initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year at supervisory/senior level

3️⃣ Position: Foreclosure Officer-II

📍 Location: Head Office
📝 Job Purpose:
Facilitate and advise on debt recovery, foreclosure processes, and write-offs in line with internal procedures and applicable laws.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant experience

4️⃣ Position: Multimedia Officer-II

📍 Location: Head Office
📝 Job Purpose:
Design and implement multimedia and graphic content to promote the bank’s products and enhance its public image and market share.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Business Management, MIS, Information System, Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant experience

🛠 Technical Competencies:

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
• Animation & Motion Graphics: After Effects, Blender
• Web Development: Basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript, CMS (WordPress)
• Branding: Consistency in visual identity across platforms
