๐น 1. Market Linkage Project Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B market linkage strategies for local and international markets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential buyers, suppliers, and investors.
- Organize B2B meetings, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Support digital market access through e-commerce platforms.
- Facilitate trade and export compliance.
- Establish partnerships with government agencies, trade associations, and diaspora communities.
- Monitor and evaluate market linkage progress and impact.
Qualifications:
- BA/MA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, market linkage, or trade facilitation.
- Proven record of enterprise linkages to local/international markets.
- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required; additional languages are a plus.

๐น 2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (One year with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Conduct baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
- Analyze data and prepare high-quality reports.
- Train staff and promote learning and adaptive management.
- Ensure donor compliance and international M&E standards.
Qualifications:
- Masterโs degree in M&E, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of M&E experience (2 years in a senior/specialist role).
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, Power BI, R, or other data tools.
- Experience with digital data platforms (Kobo, CommCare, Survey CTO).
Preferred Experience:
- Work in education, health, agriculture, governance, or humanitarian sectors.
- Knowledge of donor frameworks (e.g., World Bank, Mastercard Foundation, UN agencies).

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (Initial 9-month contract with possibility of extension)

- Maintain accurate project financial records and monitor expenses.
- Ensure budget compliance and financial forecasting.
- Prepare regular financial reports and cost analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Masterโs preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project accounting or financial management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Experience with donor-funded project accounting is a plus.
