🌟 1. Position: Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer

Department: Talent Development

Educational Qualification

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, and Video Editing & Animation are advantageous.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Objective

To ensure the design, development, and implementation of high-quality and innovative eLearning content for Bank of Abyssinia employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Create interactive online content using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Design eLearning content with tools like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Collaborate on instructional materials development.
• Review curriculum and provide improvement suggestions.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and digital resources.
• Produce videos in-studio and on-site; manage e-studio equipment.
• Apply UX principles for intuitive learning interfaces.
• Create visual designs and graphics.
• Implement storyboards based on instructional methodologies.
• Ensure timely development within project scope and quality.
• Adopt emerging eLearning technologies and global best practices.
• Upload and organize learning materials on LMS.

🚗 2. Position: Driver I

Department: Transport Management

Educational Qualification

• 10th/12th Grade Complete
• Valid Public I or Third-Level Driving License

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
