1. Battery Swapper Team Lead (Re-advertised)

Job Summary:
Oversee the smooth operation of battery swapping stations across Addis Ababa. This includes managing battery availability, supervising swapping staff, and coordinating battery logistics and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar operations and team management
• Proven leadership and coordination skills in logistical or field service settings
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• High safety awareness, accountability, and service quality
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with mobile apps and computer software

2. Quality Assurance Supervisor (Re-advertised)

Purpose of the Position:
Ensure product quality by supervising inspection activities and guiding the quality control team. Responsible for implementing quality checks at all stages—incoming, in-process, and final—and resolving quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing or assembly setting
• Experience in leading small teams, including performance monitoring
• Knowledge of inspection tools, defect classification, and basic quality tools (checklists, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Strong documentation/reporting skills using Excel and Word
• Excellent coordination and coaching abilities

Work Conditions:

• Based at Dodai’s Addis Ababa factory
• Regular presence on the factory floor and collaboration across departments
• May require extended hours during peak production or investigations
