1. Junior Sales Officer

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about Ethiopost services, products, and events
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Assist with maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings to communicate value effectively
Handle administrative tasks related to sales and perform other duties as assigned

Handle inbound customer calls, addressing queries and providing timely, accurate information
Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed
Assist customers via multiple communication channels: phone, email, chat, social media
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer needs
Follow call center scripts and procedures to maintain consistent service quality
Meet individual and team performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution)
Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge
Manage customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
Multitask efficiently between communication channels and administrative duties
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to foster a positive environment
Ensure compliance with company policies on data security and confidentiality
Perform other related duties as assigned
