DFS&NID Assistant

About the Job:

As a DFS&NID Assistant, you will be the front-line support for our customers, providing essential services related to Digital Financial Services (DFS) and National ID (NID). Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers, assisting them professionally and friendly.
• Providing accurate information and guidance, and processing transactions efficiently.
• Promoting and cross-selling products and services based on customer needs.
• Verifying personal information, capturing biometric data, and ensuring the accuracy of ID documents.
• Guiding and supporting National ID applicants throughout the registration process, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Providing cash-in and account opening services to facilitate digital payments for National ID Card Order Service.
• Performing daily and accurate reconciliation of cash and e-float.

About You:

• Education: A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 0 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome to apply!).
