Hulegeb Online Solution PLC seeks an experienced and strategic Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive company growth through market research, content and digital marketing, CRM enhancement, product marketing, and effective team leadership. Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Participate in staff hiring, transfers, suspensions, layoffs, dismissals, and assignments.
- Mentor and develop team members with onboarding and career growth programs.
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Lead performance management, set goals, provide feedback, and coordinate rewards/disciplinary actions.
- Prepare departmental work plans, evaluate performance, and report regularly.
- Implement internal controls and feedback mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.
Functional Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
- Share actionable market intelligence reports with senior management.
Market Development:
- Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships, and geographic expansion opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new services, digital products, and innovations.
- Develop business roadmaps aligned with long-term company goals.
Content and Digital Marketing Management:
- Oversee creation and distribution of engaging digital content (website, email, social media).
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI, optimizing for improved performance.
Product and Production Marketing:
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and branding aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with production and tech teams to support product launches and marketing efforts.
- Promote awareness and adoption of products through integrated marketing plans.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement CRM strategies to boost client acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM data analytics for personalized marketing and service improvements.
- Ensure continuous customer feedback and satisfaction tracking.
Branding and Communication:
- Maintain consistent brand application across all channels.
- Support executive communications and prepare reports for leadership and board meetings.
- Develop marketing materials, proposals, and presentations supporting sales efforts.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Generate reports and dashboards on campaign performance, brand health, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and assess risks and opportunities.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Promote cross-department collaboration (Sales, IT, Operations, Finance) for alignment.
- Lead initiatives for marketing process improvement and coordination.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager to support business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Core Competencies
- Proven expertise in market research, trend analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Strong market development experience including customer segmentation and expansion strategies.
- Skilled in content marketing and digital campaign management (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Solid understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing production processes and campaign execution.
- Proficient in CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Strong skills in negotiation, time management, analytics, sales, communication, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
