Pulse Techs Software Solutions, in partnership with Emerald Education, Research, and Consultancy Service PLC, is seeking Data Enumerators to support research and data collection across eight regions of Ethiopia. This project aims to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of digital health interventions in Ethiopia.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in field-based data collection or supervising health-related studies/evaluations, particularly in public or digital health.
• Knowledge of DHIS2, eCHIS, and Ethiopia’s health information systems.
• Familiarity with the national health system structure (HEWs, HCPs, HMIS officers).
• Experience with digital data collection tools (ODK, KoBoToolbox, SurveyCTO).
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
• Proficiency in the local language of the assigned region (mandatory).
• For qualitative roles: Fluency in the local language with ability to transcribe and translate interviews/focus group discussions accurately.
• Understanding of research ethics and data confidentiality.
• Preference for candidates residing in or familiar with their preferred region.
• Proficiency in English is required.

💰 Salary: Competitive, aligned with organizational pay scale for enumerators
