Roen Manufacturing PLC is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join its team for the following positions:

🧾 Position 1: Finance Officer

📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it clearly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Fluency in English required; Amharic is an asset.

🚗 Position 2: Driver

📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Ethiopian Driver’s License (Class 3 or above).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in corporate or logistics environments.
• Good knowledge of Addis Ababa’s roads and surrounding areas.
• Effective communication skills in English; Amharic is an advantage.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading/unloading.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance or report issues promptly.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
