1. Senior Compliance Management Officer

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4/5 years of general work experience, of which 1 year must be as a Senior Compliance Officer, Senior Risk Analyst Officer, or an equivalent position.
Job Grade: XI
Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
Workplace: Jimma District Office

2. Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 8/9 years of work experience in the field, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader on Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management, Branch Manager-II, or an equivalent position.
Terms of Employment: Permanent after Probation Period.
Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
Job Grade: XIV
Workplace: West Finfine District Office

3. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management

Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader or Senior Officer-II in Employee Relations or Stakeholder’s Relations or related experience in the Banking Industry.
Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
