1. Senior Compliance Management Officer

• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4/5 years of general work experience, of which 1 year must be as a Senior Compliance Officer, Senior Risk Analyst Officer, or an equivalent position.
• Job Grade: XI
• Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
• Workplace: Jimma District Office

2. Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery

• Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 8/9 years of work experience in the field, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader on Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management, Branch Manager-II, or an equivalent position.
• Terms of Employment: Permanent after Probation Period.
• Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
• Job Grade: XIV
• Workplace: West Finfine District Office

3. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management

• Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader or Senior Officer-II in Employee Relations or Stakeholder’s Relations or related experience in the Banking Industry.
• Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
• Job Grade: XIV
• Workplace:
  • Under Hawassa District – Guji Zone – Adola
  • Nekemete District – Kellam Wollega Zone
  • Shashemne District – East Bale Zone – Ghinnir
