YAFCO Trading PLC invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions. The company operates in multiple sectors including Technology Products Import & Distribution, Green Coffee Export, Roasted & Ground Coffee for Retail and Export, and Cafeteria Operations.


1. Junior Digital Content Creator/Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Medhanialem Mall
Salary: Negotiable

Educational Background:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in digital content creation or social media management.
  • Prior experience in tech or F&B sectors is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic video editing (Reels, Stories).
  • Copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Analytics and performance tracking.
  • Photography and product styling.
  • Email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic CMS platforms.

2. Chief Accountant

Location: Mattot Café – behind the bridge adjacent to Sidra International Hotel
Salary: Negotiable

Educational Background:

  • BA/MA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years in senior finance roles.

Required Skills:

  • ERP systems (PeachTree, Sage).
  • Financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Tax and ERCA regulations.
  • Budgeting, cost control, forecasting.
  • Leadership and team supervision.
  • Financial system improvement and internal controls.

3. Accountant (Cafeteria Operations)

Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Medhanialem Mall
Salary: Negotiable

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certification in Hospitality/F&B accounting preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years in general accounting.
  • 1+ year in F&B, hospitality, or retail preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Journal entries, P&L, cost analysis.
  • POS integration and inventory costing.
  • Accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Excel proficiency.

4. Executive Secretary & Office Coordinator

Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Medhanialem Mall
Salary: Negotiable

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 4–5 years in executive support or office coordination roles.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong communication and multitasking.
  • Calendar and travel management.
  • Event planning, file management, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with the trading/import-export sector is an advantage.
