1. Director – Marketing
- Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for brand building, driving engaging communications, energizing corporate events, and interfacing with stakeholders and media. The role requires strong research acumen, expertise in content development, and a commitment to professionalism and team building.
- Required Education and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/10 years of experience, of which four (4) years should be at a Managerial position.

2. Manager – Brand Management & Communication
- Job Summary: The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing brand positioning strategies, ensuring brand consistency, cultivating relationships with media and stakeholders, overseeing content creation, designing communication plans, and leading a team of creatives, writers, and PR specialists.
- Required Education and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field, with 6/8 years of experience, of which two (2) years should be at a senior position.
- Place of Work: Head Office.
3. Branch Manager – Grade – 1
- Job Summary: The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, follows-up and evaluates operations, and motivates and coaches customer service officers. The role also involves identifying and recruiting potential customers and providing professional advice.
- Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years in a supervisory position.
