AMAK Construction, a new and competitive contractor focused on quality and efficient engineering services in building construction, road, and associated infrastructure projects, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join their finance team.

Position: Accountant

• Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a solid background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and business decisions.
  • Perform tax calculations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Qualifications:
  • 10+3 and above in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required Skills: Analytical skills, Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint), Communication, Attention to detail, Problem-solving.
