Bilal Microfinance S.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Operations Director. The institution offers microfinance services and is looking for a leader to enhance its operational efficiency and service delivery.

Position: Operations Director

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead and manage operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Improve internal processes and systems to support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and financial inclusion.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, or 6 years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders, out of which 4 years must be in a managerial position(s) preferably in microfinance or banking.
• Location: Addis Ababa.
• Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent.
