Emirates Airlines, a leading global aviation group with over 75 years of successful operations, is looking for passionate individuals to join their Cabin Crew team. This is a unique opportunity to represent Emirates as the face of the airline, ensuring exceptional service and safety for customers from around the world. Successful candidates will be based in Dubai.

Position: Cabin Crew Opportunities

Job Purpose:

Emirates Cabin Crew are the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and a friendly presence. Beyond service, safety is paramount, and crew members are expected to confidently manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. Comprehensive world-class training is provided at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Education: Minimum high school graduate (Grade 12).
Experience: More than one year of experience in hospitality/customer service.
Attitude: Positive attitude and a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage).
Physical Requirements:
- At least 160cm tall.
- Able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (to reach emergency equipment).
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics).
Location & Visa: As Emirates cabin crew, you will be based in Dubai and must meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

Your pay is composed of three components:

Fixed Basic Salary: AED 4,430 / month
Hourly Pay for Operated Flights: AED 63.75 / hour (based on an average of 80-100 hours / month)
Overseas Meal Allowance
Average Total Pay: AED 10,170 / month (approximately USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).
- Note: These are approximate numbers for Grade II (Economy Class). Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company.
