1. Junior Accountant
- About the Job:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Calculate company costs, expenses, and process payroll, invoices, and tax-related documents (Withholding, VAT, Income Tax).
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and manage petty cash transactions, including verifying supporting documents.
- Prepare check payment vouchers and handle payment requests for check transactions.
- Generate and submit monthly schedules (Credit Association, Pension, Income Tax, VAT, and other deductions) in compliance with tax authority deadlines.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual, and Annual) to the Finance Manager through the Head of General Accounts.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper backup of financial data.
- Consistently adhere to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance (only Accounting and Finance graduates will be considered).
- Only 0 – 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in computer Software’s is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Support post-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
