Position: Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash

Job Summary: This position is responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Key duties include managing cash and non-cash transactions, verifying and approving financial operations, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and record keeping. The role also requires providing excellent customer service, supporting credit processing, and promoting the bank’s products.
Key Duties:
- Cash and Transaction Management: Handling cash, transfers, and remittances while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Account and Loan Administration: Opening accounts, processing loan contracts, and maintaining collateral records.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconciling accounts and preparing financial and risk-related reports.
- Customer Service: Assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and promoting bank services.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintaining secure records and adhering to bank policies.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a customer service officer position.
