🔹 Position: Head, SME Section

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related fields.

Experience:

• 10 years of total work experience.
• 5 years experience specifically as Head – SME Section.

Key Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the SME ecosystem and hands-on experience with SME sectors.
• Business development & advisory skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
• Strong credit & risk awareness.
• Practical exposure to lending, investment, or grant-making to SMEs via NGOs, development agencies, or microfinance institutions.

Place of Work: Head Office
