1️⃣ Driver / Liaison / Logistics Officer (Re-Advertised)

📋 Job Summary:
Provides transportation, logistics, and liaison services. Responsible for vehicle maintenance, clearing consignments, facilitating visas/passports, and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Education:
  • TVET 10+4 or Diploma in ICT, Electronics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, OR
  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 3 years relevant work experience for diploma holders.
  • Experience is an advantage for degree holders.
• Other:
  • Competence in MS Office
  • Ethical behavior
  • Valid 3rd grade or public 1 driving license

2️⃣ IT Customer Service Officer II

📋 Job Summary:
Supports IT service operations with advanced responsibility in incident, problem, and change management. Provides technical guidance, monitors service quality, and contributes to process improvement.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years relevant work experience.

3️⃣ IT Customer Service Officer I

📋 Job Summary:
Provides first-line IT service support, manages service requests, logs and follows up on incidents, and supports problem resolution in line with procedures.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Not required, but experience is an advantage.

4️⃣ Digital Payment Officer II (Definite Period – 1 year, Re-Advertised)

📋 Job Summary:
Responsible for setting up, testing, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on digital payment integrations. Assists banks with technical issues, monitors transactions and interfaces, and prepares reports.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years relevant work experience.
